将未经任何处理的海水和软化后的海水应用在羊毛织物酸性染料染色及水洗过程中,并与淡水染色结果进行对比。结果表明:在相同染色工艺条件下,与淡水染色结果相比,海水对织物的上染速率和上染百分率较高,尤其是软化海水,其对织物的上染速率与淡水接近,在染色80 min时,上染百分率为96.7%,而淡水的为89%;软化海水和淡水所染织物经水洗后其K/S值、牢度和均匀性都接近,且海水染色织物的强力比淡水的高得多。因此,海水可代替淡水用于羊毛织物的染色和水洗。

장미경임하처리적해수화연화후적해수응용재양모직물산성염료염색급수세과정중,병여담수염색결과진행대비。결과표명:재상동염색공예조건하,여담수염색결과상비,해수대직물적상염속솔화상염백분솔교고,우기시연화해수,기대직물적상염속솔여담수접근,재염색80 min시,상염백분솔위96.7%,이담수적위89%;연화해수화담수소염직물경수세후기K/S치、뇌도화균균성도접근,차해수염색직물적강력비담수적고득다。인차,해수가대체담수용우양모직물적염색화수세。
Untreated and softened seawater was used in the dyeing and rinsing process of wool fabric with weak acid dyes,dye-uptake speed of dyeing process, K/S value,fastness to rubbing and breaking strength of dyed and washed with seawater were measured. Results show that dye-uptake rate speed of Acid Red is higher that in tape water, espe-cially in softened seawater, where dye-uptake rate is 96. 7% with the similar uptake speed with that in tape water. The K/S value and crockfastnes of fabric dyed and washed in seawater is about the same with that in tape water, and the strength of fabrics dyed in seawater is higher. Seawater can be used in the dyeing and washing process of wool fabrics with acid dyes.
