本文以 MOOC思想为研究起点，探讨了建立以学习者需求为导向，师生共建的适应环境变化的、半结构化的、动态的微课程体系，并对该体系的设计流程和定量测评体系做了详细研究。随着移动终端的广泛应用，大量的免费高校微课程的学习资源可供学习者学习，为建立学习型社会创造条件。
本文以 MOOC思想為研究起點，探討瞭建立以學習者需求為導嚮，師生共建的適應環境變化的、半結構化的、動態的微課程體繫，併對該體繫的設計流程和定量測評體繫做瞭詳細研究。隨著移動終耑的廣汎應用，大量的免費高校微課程的學習資源可供學習者學習，為建立學習型社會創造條件。

The paper discussed setting up a college micro-lecture system design mode which conforms to environmental changes based on MOOC.The mode is oriented by the demands of learners,semi-structural and dynamic.The writer also made a detailed study on the design flow and the quantifica-tional evaluation system.As the universal application of mobile terminals,learners can access to a large number of free study materials about the college micro- lecture,which creates conditions for building a learning society.
