目的：探究外伤性白内障手术临床治疗效果。方法：收治外伤性白内障患者80例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组给予药物保守治疗，观察组给予手术方法治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：手术方法治疗外伤性白内障患者效果显著，具备很高的脱盲率，同时能够减少各种不良反应的发生。

목적：탐구외상성백내장수술림상치료효과。방법：수치외상성백내장환자80례，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조여대조조，각40례。대조조급여약물보수치료，관찰조급여수술방법치료。비교량조림상치료효과급불량반응발생정황。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：수술방법치료외상성백내장환자효과현저，구비흔고적탈맹솔，동시능구감소각충불량반응적발생。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment for traumatic cataract.Methods:According to random number table method,80 cases of patients with traumatic cataract were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given medicine conservative treatment,and the observation group were given surgery treatment.The clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications incidence of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical method in the treatment of patients with traumatic cataract has the significant effect and very high literacy rate,while reducing all kinds of adverse reactions occurrence.
