this paper introduces the concept of maturity and establishing principle of formula, based on the measured data of a large number of new maturity calculation formula is put forward, with two big cement (ordinary Portland cement and slag cement) for calculating target, winter period of 28 days of concrete strength are derived, solve the problem of late winter concrete strength calculation, provide theoretical basis for the engineering construction.
