Nowadays , construction on Geographical information public service platform which facing to professional applications is one of key contents in geographical information service .In this paper , design ideas , architecture design and service interface design on professional geographical information service platform are presented with a case study in Jiangsu provincial geographical information service platform of water conservancy .Some ideas and successful experience could be introduced into construction of other professional geographical information service platforms .
