鞍山矿业公司眼前山铁矿,正在进行露天转地下开采,西端帮矿体作为过渡期主要采区之一,采用诱导冒落法开采.在+21m分段以上,诱导冒落的矿体厚度为30~100m,地质储量约350万t.由于地质储量多和矿体厚度变化大,为取得安全高效的回采效果,需要在下面的+3m分段研究合理的出矿控制技术.本文应用物理相似模拟实验,研究+3m分段采场的出矿控制方法,模拟低贫化放矿方式下,进路不同回采方式的出矿效果,并得出两条进路为一组齐头并进回采方式其矿石回采率最佳的结论,从而为提高矿山生产效益提供一些指导意义.

YanQianshan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron Ore Mining Company is in the process of the ongoing open pit to the underground mining, the western end of orebody which was seen as one of the main mining area for the transition period adopts induced caving mining method.The+21m segment occurs 30~100m thick orebody and contains the geological reserves of about 3.5 mil ion t.Because of the large geological reserves and the various orebody thickness, in order to obtain the safe and effective mining results, in the below +3m segment we need to research a reasonable control technology of the ore~drawing. The paper applied physics simulation experiment,researching the +3m stope ore removal control method and simulating different approaches of the mine stoping method effect with low-depleted mining, at last,we can obtain that two approaches a group go hand in hand stope can highly enhance the ore recovery.Sequential y,it could provide some directions and suggestions for the mine enterprise to enhance the production profitability.
