    名词化在英语新闻语篇中有大量应用，通过非人格化、预设、背景化等策略，名词化不但能增加新闻语篇的客观性，还可以将报道者的主观倾向通过语法隐喻的方式传达给读者，使之更容易被读者所接受，从而达到意识形态控制的目的。

    Nominalization has been widely applied in news discourses. By way of impersonalization, thematization and presupposi?tion of process as the background information as well as other linguistic strategies, nominalization could not only enhance the objec?tivity of news discourses, it can also convey the reporter’s personal or even biased opinions in grammatically metaphorical ways so that the biased information could be unconsciously accepted by readers and then ideological implications are successfully embod?ied.
