以城市建筑垃圾、炉底渣和石粉等区域特色的固体废弃物为再生骨料制备环保砖,系统考察了骨料对环保砖机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:再生骨料的种类对环保砖抗压强度的影响显著。随着再生骨料中混凝土块的增加,环保砖抗压强度逐渐增加;而随着再生骨料中黏土砖含量的增加,环保砖抗压强度明显降低;环保砖抗压强度随炉底渣的含量增加而降低;石粉对环保砖抗压强度有提升作用。该方法有望解决在城市化进程中出现的大量建筑垃圾,实现建筑废弃物的循环再利用。
以城市建築垃圾、爐底渣和石粉等區域特色的固體廢棄物為再生骨料製備環保磚,繫統攷察瞭骨料對環保磚機械性能的影響。試驗結果錶明:再生骨料的種類對環保磚抗壓彊度的影響顯著。隨著再生骨料中混凝土塊的增加,環保磚抗壓彊度逐漸增加;而隨著再生骨料中黏土磚含量的增加,環保磚抗壓彊度明顯降低;環保磚抗壓彊度隨爐底渣的含量增加而降低;石粉對環保磚抗壓彊度有提升作用。該方法有望解決在城市化進程中齣現的大量建築垃圾,實現建築廢棄物的循環再利用。

By taking the solid wastes of the urban building garbage, dregs of hearth and stone powders as the recycled bone materials for the environmental protection brick preparation, the paper studies the effect of bone materials on the mechanical properties of the environmental protection brick. The result shows that the species of bone materials shows obvious inlfuence on compressive strength of the environmental protection brick. With the increasing of the concrete block in the recycled bone materials, the compressive strength of the environmental protection brick wil increase gradualy. While the increasing of the content of clay brick in the recycled bone materials, the compressive strength of the environmental protection brick wil reduce obviously; with the increasing of the content of dregs of hearth, the compressive strength of the environmental protection brick wil reduce; the stone powders see a upgrading role on the compressive strength of the environmental protection brick. The process is expected to solve the problem of a great lot of building garbage arisen in the course of urbanization and to realize the recycling and reuse of the building wastes.
