利用扫描电镜观察分析了济南地区春季大气中颗粒物显微形态及粒径分布状况,利用统计回归分析方法绘制了颗粒物粒径与数量分布状况关系曲线及相应的柱状图.每例样品的采样时间为24 h,连续十天采样统计分析结果表明:大气中颗粒物粒径主要分布在0-15μm 范围之间,其次为15-30μm 之间,另外,还观察到了杆菌和花粉的显微形态,实验结果对于研究大气中 PM2.5、PM10及大气污染状况具有一定的参考价值,实验方法值得推广应用.
利用掃描電鏡觀察分析瞭濟南地區春季大氣中顆粒物顯微形態及粒徑分佈狀況,利用統計迴歸分析方法繪製瞭顆粒物粒徑與數量分佈狀況關繫麯線及相應的柱狀圖.每例樣品的採樣時間為24 h,連續十天採樣統計分析結果錶明:大氣中顆粒物粒徑主要分佈在0-15μm 範圍之間,其次為15-30μm 之間,另外,還觀察到瞭桿菌和花粉的顯微形態,實驗結果對于研究大氣中 PM2.5、PM10及大氣汙染狀況具有一定的參攷價值,實驗方法值得推廣應用.

The size distribution and morphology of atmosphere particles in Jinan in Spring,2014 were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The size distribution histograms of the particles were drew. The sampling time of each sample is 24 hours,and continuous sampling for 10 days. The results showed that the size of most of the atmospheric particulates was 0 - 15 μm,and then was 15 - 30 μm. In addition,the morphological characteristics of bacillus and pollen were also observed. The experimental result would play an importance role in studying PM2. 5,PM10 and atmospheric pollution. Experimental method is worth of popularization and application.
