提出了运用 Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料测量温度的系统和方法。紫外光经光纤传输照射在 Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料上,Y6 Al10 O12受激发后产生荧光。通过检测荧光强度发现,在25-85℃温度范围内,荧光光强与温度是线性关系。本文给出了荧光光强与温度的数学关系式。结果表明,Y6 Al10 O12荧光材料对温度变化的灵敏度较高,温度测量的稳定性较好,可以应用于阶段温度的测量。

제출료운용 Y6 Al10 O12형광재료측량온도적계통화방법。자외광경광섬전수조사재 Y6 Al10 O12형광재료상,Y6 Al10 O12수격발후산생형광。통과검측형광강도발현,재25-85℃온도범위내,형광광강여온도시선성관계。본문급출료형광광강여온도적수학관계식。결과표명,Y6 Al10 O12형광재료대온도변화적령민도교고,온도측량적은정성교호,가이응용우계단온도적측량。
A temperature measurement system with fluorescent material( Y6 Al10 O12 )is proposed. The fluorescent material is illuminated by ultraviolet light transmitted by optical fiber. Then fluorescence light occurs and its intensity is measured. It is found that a relationship between fluorescence intensity and the temperature is proportional at the range of 25 ~ 85 ℃. The mathematical equation of the relationship is provided in this paper. The experimental results show that the fluorescent material has a high sensitivity to the change in temperature and is stable in temperature measurement. Therefore,the fluorescent material( Y6 Al10 O12 )is suitable for temperature measurement in a certain temperature scope.
