目的:探讨不同方法死髓牙内漂白后即刻和延迟充填树脂其周围微渗漏的差别。方法42颗恒前磨牙随机分成7组。A组为对照组:根管治疗+树脂充填;B组:根管治疗+Beyond冷光美白凝胶漂白3周后+树脂充填;C组:根管治疗+Beyond冷光美白凝胶漂白3周+人工唾液储存2周+树脂充填;D组:根管治疗+Beyond冷光美白凝胶漂白3周+人工唾液储存4周+树脂充填;E组:根管治疗+过硼酸钠漂白3周+树脂充填;F组:根管治疗+过硼酸钠漂白3周+人工唾液储存2周+树脂充填;G组:根管治疗+过硼酸钠漂白3周+人工唾液储存4周+树脂充填。所有牙齿经冷热循环,2%亚甲基蓝染色,颊舌向切片,体视显微镜下观察染料渗透情况。所获数据采用方差分析,t检验。结果 B组及E组的微渗漏均数明显大于其它各组(P<0.05),B组和E组的均数值之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);A组、C组、D组、F组和G组间两两比较无显著性差异。结论牙齿内漂白后,即刻粘接树脂,两种漂白剂均会增加树脂的微渗漏,其中Beyond冷光美白凝胶组的微渗漏值明显大于过硼酸钠组。两种方法内漂白后,延迟两周粘接树脂其微渗漏减小,并接近未漂白组的水平。

목적:탐토불동방법사수아내표백후즉각화연지충전수지기주위미삼루적차별。방법42과항전마아수궤분성7조。A조위대조조:근관치료+수지충전;B조:근관치료+Beyond랭광미백응효표백3주후+수지충전;C조:근관치료+Beyond랭광미백응효표백3주+인공타액저존2주+수지충전;D조:근관치료+Beyond랭광미백응효표백3주+인공타액저존4주+수지충전;E조:근관치료+과붕산납표백3주+수지충전;F조:근관치료+과붕산납표백3주+인공타액저존2주+수지충전;G조:근관치료+과붕산납표백3주+인공타액저존4주+수지충전。소유아치경랭열순배,2%아갑기람염색,협설향절편,체시현미경하관찰염료삼투정황。소획수거채용방차분석,t검험。결과 B조급E조적미삼루균수명현대우기타각조(P<0.05),B조화E조적균수치지간유현저성차이(P<0.05);A조、C조、D조、F조화G조간량량비교무현저성차이。결론아치내표백후,즉각점접수지,량충표백제균회증가수지적미삼루,기중Beyond랭광미백응효조적미삼루치명현대우과붕산납조。량충방법내표백후,연지량주점접수지기미삼루감소,병접근미표백조적수평。
Objective Comparative analysis of different methods intracoronal bleaching after immediate and delayed filling resin micro leakage around the differences. Methods 42 constant premolar randomly divided into 7 groups. For the control group:group A+resin filling root canal treatment;Group B:root canal+Beyond cold light bleaching whiten?ing gel after 3 weeks+resin filling;Group C:root canal+Beyond cold light whitening gel bleaching 3 weeks+artificial saliva to store 2 weeks+resin filling;Group D:root canal+Beyond cold light whitening gel bleaching 3 weeks 4 weeks+artificial saliva storage+resin filling;Group E:root canal+sodium perborate bleaching 3 weeks+resin filling;Group F:root canal+sodium perborate bleaching 3 weeks+artificial saliva to store 2 weeks+resin filling;Group G:root canal+sodium perborate bleaching 3 weeks 4 weeks+artificial saliva storage+resin filling. All the teeth after psychro-thermal cycles, 2%methylene blue staining, buccal tongue to slice, stereoscopic microscope dye penetrant. Results In group B and group E micro leakage mean significantly greater than other groups (P<0.05), the group B and E group were between numerical significant statistical difference (P<0.05);Group A, group C, D, F and G compared the there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion After their teeth bleaching, instant adhesive resin, both kinds of bleach will increase the micro leakage of resin, including micro leakage value Beyond cold light whitening gel group was obviously greater than sodium perborate group. Two weeks after two methods intracoronal bleaching, delay of adhesive resin its mi?cro leakage is reduced, and reached the level of unbleached group.
