随着人口的增加，国民经济的需求普遍提高，土地资源越来越成为全国各地的社会发展的关键因素。浙江杭州市作为背景，本文希望能够开发一套基于GIS的地籍测绘管理信息系统来取代传统的管理手段，减少工作压力的同时，也为国土资源管理可以上升到一个新的高度。

With the increase of population, the demand of the national economy rises generally, and land resources across the country, has become a key factor in the development of the society. Hangzhou city as a background, this article hopes to develop a set of cadastral surveying and mapping management information system based on GIS to replace the traditional management means, which can reduce stress at work and at the same time, make the land and resources management rise to a new height.
