Lateral oblique position%Ureteroscope%Holmium laser%Upper ureteral calculi
目的：分析侧斜位输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法：收治输尿管上段结石患者60例，给予输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：58例患者一次性碎石成功，1例静止石并输尿管狭窄改开放手术，1例输尿管严重扭曲镜体无法置入改体外冲击波碎石治疗。结论：侧斜位输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效显著，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

목적：분석측사위수뇨관경경화격광쇄석술치료수뇨관상단결석적료효。방법：수치수뇨관상단결석환자60례，급여수뇨관경경화격광쇄석술치료，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：58례환자일차성쇄석성공，1례정지석병수뇨관협착개개방수술，1례수뇨관엄중뉴곡경체무법치입개체외충격파쇄석치료。결론：측사위수뇨관경경화격광쇄석술치료수뇨관상단결석료효현저，시일충안전、유효적치료방법。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of lateral oblique position ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:60 patients with upper ureteral calculi were selected.They were given ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treatment.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:58 patients were one-time lithotripsy success.1 case of static stone combined with ureteral stricture changed to open operation.1 case of seriously distorted ureter with mirror body could not be placed that changed to extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment.Conclusion:Lateral oblique position ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi has significant curative effect.It is a safe, effective treatment method.
