利用毛细管流变仪对不同水分聚酯熔体的流变性能进行了对比研究,讨论储料装置对干燥后聚酯切片吸水性的影响,以及水分对表观粘度、非牛顿指数及粘流活化能的影响。结果表明:由于发生了水解反应,在相同温度下,聚酯熔体的表观粘度随着水分的增加而降低,非牛顿指数随着水分的增加而增大,粘流活化能随着水分的增加而增大。
利用毛細管流變儀對不同水分聚酯鎔體的流變性能進行瞭對比研究,討論儲料裝置對榦燥後聚酯切片吸水性的影響,以及水分對錶觀粘度、非牛頓指數及粘流活化能的影響。結果錶明:由于髮生瞭水解反應,在相同溫度下,聚酯鎔體的錶觀粘度隨著水分的增加而降低,非牛頓指數隨著水分的增加而增大,粘流活化能隨著水分的增加而增大。

The rheological properties of polyester melt with different moisture content were comparatively stud-ied by capillary rheometer,and the influence of charging apparatus on the moisture content of dry polyester chips and the influence of moisture content on the apparent viscosity,non -Newtonian index,and viscous flow activation energy were discussed.The results showed that the apparent viscosity of polyester melt decrease with the increasing of moisture content.At the same temperature,the non-Newtonian index and the viscous flow activation energy of pol-yester melt increased with the increasing of moisture content due to hydrolysis reaction.
