将一种铁氧体的磁性填料与聚酰胺12(PA12)进行共混,研究填料量对共混物机械性能、DSC 和 DMA 等的影响。结果表明:随着填料量的变化,结晶温度和熔点并无明显的变化;随着填料量的增加,拉伸模量、储能模量和损耗模量均逐渐增加,断裂伸长率和冲击强度均逐渐减小,磁场强度增加,在体积比为0.55(质量比2.82)时达到最高。

장일충철양체적자성전료여취선알12(PA12)진행공혼,연구전료량대공혼물궤계성능、DSC 화 DMA 등적영향。결과표명:수착전료량적변화,결정온도화용점병무명현적변화;수착전료량적증가,랍신모량、저능모량화손모모량균축점증가,단렬신장솔화충격강도균축점감소,자장강도증가,재체적비위0.55(질량비2.82)시체도최고。
The magnetic filler of ferrite was compounded with polyamide 1 2 by different filler volume fraction from 0.2 to 0.55 for magnetic bonded compounds.Mechanical testing,DSC,DMA and magnetic field of the com-pounds were analysed.The glass transition temperature and melting temperature of the compound were similar with PA1 2.With the increasing of filler volume,the tensile modulus,storage modulus and loss modulus gone up due to the high stiffness of filler,while the elongation at break and impact resistance gone down due to the polymer propor-tion decrease.The magnetic field increased with the increasing of filler volume fraction and reach to a peak point at the filler volume fraction of 0.55.
