以氯铝酸N,N-二甲基苯胺盐酸盐离子液体为催化剂,催化苯酚和丙酮缩合反应合成双酚A。通过与无机催化剂三氯化铝对比,得出最佳反应条件:物质的量之比(苯酚∶丙酮∶离子液体=8∶1∶1),反应溶剂甲苯,反应温度45℃等,产物熔点155.8~158.2℃,产率最高为88.7%。
以氯鋁痠N,N-二甲基苯胺鹽痠鹽離子液體為催化劑,催化苯酚和丙酮縮閤反應閤成雙酚A。通過與無機催化劑三氯化鋁對比,得齣最佳反應條件:物質的量之比(苯酚∶丙酮∶離子液體=8∶1∶1),反應溶劑甲苯,反應溫度45℃等,產物鎔點155.8~158.2℃,產率最高為88.7%。

Taking aluminum chloride acid N,N-dimethylaniline hydrochloride ionic liquid as catalyst,bisphe-nol A was synthesized by condensation of phenol and acetone.Compared with the inorganic catalyst aluminum chlo-ride,the optimal reaction were as follows:the molar ratio of phenol∶acetone∶ionic liquids was 8∶1 ∶1 ;toluene was regarded as the reaction solvent ;the reaction temperature was maintained at about 45 ℃,the determined melting point range of product was 1 55.8 ~1 58.2 ℃.The yield could reach up to 88.7%.
