通过 PBT切片固相缩聚(SSP)实验,分析讨论了温度、时间、氮气流量和基础切片性能指标等因素对 PBT固相缩聚反应的影响。结果表明温度、氮气流速、端羧基值对于 PBT 固相缩聚有显著影响,并均有明显的拐点:温度为190℃,氮气流速为50 mL /min,端羧基值为17.33 mol /t。

To reveal the influence factors on solid state polymerization of PBT,we conducted a series of PBT SSP experiments.By these experiments,the effects on PBT SSP reaction,such as temperature,reaction time,Ni-trogen flow and the reaction chip′s physicochemical property,were all discussed in detail.It showed that the tem-perature,nitrogen flow rate and the amount of carboxyl end groups all had important influence on the PBT SSP, which had significant inflection point,that was temperature at 1 90 ℃,nitrogen flow rate at 50 mL /min and termi-nal carboxyl at 1 7.33 mol /t.
