为继承整理老中医药专家的学术经验和技术专长,培养造就高层次中医临床人才和中药技术人才,2012年上海中医药大学开始开展第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作。针对第四批师承教育中发现的问题,学校从教学设计、教学计划、教学管理三个方面入手,展开中医药师承教学新模式的实践与探索。
