目的：探讨对心肌梗死患者开展社区康复指导的干预效果。方法：选择2013年5月至2013年12月杨浦区殷行社区急性发病后1个月的心肌梗死患者100例，分为社区康复指导组50例和常规随访组50例，通过6个月的干预和临床随访，观察干预前后两组患者血压、血脂和血糖变化以及心肌梗死复发情况。结果：干预6个月后，康复指导组血脂、血压、血糖达标率分别为88%（44/50）、96%（48/50）和92%（46/50），明显高于常规随访组的40%（20/50）、76%（34/50）、76%（38/50），差异均有统计学意义（χ2=25.000、13.279、4.762，P均＜0.01）；康复指导组心肌梗死复发率为8%（4/50），显著低于常规随访组的36%（18/50），差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.42，P＜0.05]。结论：社区康复指导对心肌梗死患者的血脂、血压和血糖控制和降低心肌梗死复发率方面明显优于常规随访干预措施。

목적：탐토대심기경사환자개전사구강복지도적간예효과。방법：선택2013년5월지2013년12월양포구은행사구급성발병후1개월적심기경사환자100례，분위사구강복지도조50례화상규수방조50례，통과6개월적간예화림상수방，관찰간예전후량조환자혈압、혈지화혈당변화이급심기경사복발정황。결과：간예6개월후，강복지도조혈지、혈압、혈당체표솔분별위88%（44/50）、96%（48/50）화92%（46/50），명현고우상규수방조적40%（20/50）、76%（34/50）、76%（38/50），차이균유통계학의의（χ2=25.000、13.279、4.762，P균＜0.01）；강복지도조심기경사복발솔위8%（4/50），현저저우상규수방조적36%（18/50），차이유통계학의의（χ2=11.42，P＜0.05]。결론：사구강복지도대심기경사환자적혈지、혈압화혈당공제화강저심기경사복발솔방면명현우우상규수방간예조시。
Objective:To explore the intervention efifcacy of the community rehabilitation guidance on the patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:In Yinghang Community, 100 patients with myocardial infarction after 1 month acute onset were chosen from May to Dec. 2013 and divided into a community rehabilitation guidance group and a routine follow-up one with 50 cases each. Through 6 months intervention and clinical following-up, the changes of the blood pressure, blood lipid and blood glucose and myocardial infarction recurrence of the patients in two groups were observed before and after the intervention. Results:The compliance rates of the blood lipid, blood pressure, and blood sugar were 88%(44/50), 96%(48/50) and 92%(46/50) of the rehabilitation guidance group, respectively, which were obviously higher than those of the follow-up group, and the differences had the statistical signiifcance (χ2=25.000,13.279,4.762, P<0.01). The recurrence rate of myocardial infarction in the rehabilitation guidance group was 8%(4/50), which was signiifcantly lower than that of the routine follow-up one 36%(18/50), and the difference had the statistical signiifcance (χ2=11.42, P<0.05).Conclusion:The community rehabilitation guidance was much better than the routine follow-up intervention method in the control of the blood lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose and reduction of the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction in the patients with myocardial infarction.
