目的:探讨高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)与神经节苷脂(GM-1)治疗急性脊髓损伤(acute spinal cord injury, ASCI)的临床疗效。方法81例急性脊髓损伤患者按患方意愿分成HBO组(41例)与神经节苷脂组(40例),在常规治疗的基础上,分别给予HBO与神经节苷脂进行相同疗程的治疗,按美国脊髓损伤协会( ASIA)评分标准,进行评测治疗前后运动功能的变化情况,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果治疗1个月后,HBO组运动功能改善情况明显好于神经节苷脂组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 HBO治疗急性脊髓损伤患者较应用神经节苷脂治疗有更好的临床疗效。

목적:탐토고압양(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)여신경절감지(GM-1)치료급성척수손상(acute spinal cord injury, ASCI)적림상료효。방법81례급성척수손상환자안환방의원분성HBO조(41례)여신경절감지조(40례),재상규치료적기출상,분별급여HBO여신경절감지진행상동료정적치료,안미국척수손상협회( ASIA)평분표준,진행평측치료전후운동공능적변화정황,병대수거진행통계학처리。결과치료1개월후,HBO조운동공능개선정황명현호우신경절감지조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론 HBO치료급성척수손상환자교응용신경절감지치료유경호적림상료효。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) and ganglioside (GM-1) on acute spinal cord injury (ASCI).Methods Eighty-one cases of acute spinal cord injury were randomly divided into 2 groups: the HB0 group and the ganglioside group.On the basis of conventional therapy, the patients were respectively treated with HB0 and ganglioside by using the same treatment course.In accordance with the American Spinal Injury Association ( ASIA) , variations in motor function were observed both before and after treatment, and the obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results After 1 month of treatment, improvement in the motor function of the HBO group was significantly better than that of the ganglioside group, and statistical signifi-cance could clearly be notice, when comparisons were made between them (P<0.05).Conclusion HBO treatment displayed better effect on acute spinal cord injury, when compared with ganglioside.
