泡沫铝是一种新型的多孔功能材料。采用液相法中的渗流铸造法制备泡沫铝合金。结果表明,在泡沫铝孔结构的成形中,影响渗流深度和孔均匀性的主要工艺参数为填料粒子尺寸及其与模具的预热温度、铝液的浇注温度和真空度。
泡沫鋁是一種新型的多孔功能材料。採用液相法中的滲流鑄造法製備泡沫鋁閤金。結果錶明,在泡沫鋁孔結構的成形中,影響滲流深度和孔均勻性的主要工藝參數為填料粒子呎吋及其與模具的預熱溫度、鋁液的澆註溫度和真空度。

Foam aluminum is a new porous functional material .An infiltration casting method in the liquid phase method can be selected for the preparation of foam aluminum alloy casting .The results show that during forming a pore structure of the foam aluminum, infiltration depth and pore uniformity are mainly influenced by the technological parameters , namely, particle size, pre-heating temperature of particles and a mold , molten aluminum casting temperature and vacuum degree .
