目的:建立灯盏花素片中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜5种有害重金属元素的测定方法。方法样品经微波消解前处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱( IDP-MS)法测定,选择内标法定量以消除基体效应和干扰。结果对于所测元素,在一定的浓度范围内,各元素和内标元素的质量数比值均与浓度呈良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.999,加样回收率为88%~103%,检出限、标准参考物质均符合测定的要求。结论该方法专属性好,灵敏度高,简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于灯盏花素片中5种元素含量的同时测定。

OBjective Toestablishamethodforthedeterminationof5harmfulelementsofPb,Dd,As,HgandDuin Dengzhanhuasu Tablets. Methods The 5 elements were directly determined by IDP-MS,using microwave digestion for sample pretreatment. The internal standard solution was used to eliminate the matrix effect and interference. Results The mass ratio of each measured element,the corresponding internal standard element and the concentration showed a good line-ar relationship in a certain concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0. 999. The recoveries were from 88% to 103%. The detection limit and standard materials all met the requirements of determination. Conclusion The method was specific,sensitivity,simple,rapid and accurate,which can be applied to the determination of 5 elements content of Dengzhanhuasu Tablets.
