传统的消声器设计中一般为抗性消声器或是阻性消声器,但是排气噪声的频带较宽,对低、高频噪声同时吸收的效果欠佳,达不到理想的预期效果。为了增加较宽的吸收频率,针对某SUV的具体参数主要进行了以下的工作:为了减小噪声,此消声器设计为三管插入式阻抗复合消声器,兼有阻性和抗性的作用,消声频带宽,效果好。由汽车的参数,通过公式计算出消声器的内外部结构的具体参数,使用绘图软件UG绘制出消声器的各个部件并组装。最后算出消声量,得到了较好的消声效果。

Traditional muffler design is usually the design of resistive muffler or dissipative muffler,of which the exhaust noise frequency band is so wide that the effect of absorption of low and high frequency noise at the same time is poor and can not reach expected effect.In order to realize wider absorption frequency,the following job was done in this paper according to the specific parameters of a certain SUV:the muffler was designed to be a three-tube insert impedance composite one to reduce the noise,which has the function of impedance and resistance,the wider is frequency band and the better is the effect.The specific parameters of muffler’s internal and external structure were calculated through the formula and the pa-rameters of SUV.Then the muffler parts were drawn and assembled using the software UG.Finally,the muffling magnitude was calculated.The result shows that this impedance composite muffler has better effect of noise reduction.
