目的:探讨眼底荧光造影(FFA)检查在糖尿病性早期视神经病变中的诊断应用。方法:选取2010年11月至2013年11月收治的糖尿病患者150例(300眼),进行FFA检查,观察视神经萎缩、视盘新生血管(NVD)、缺血性神经病变(ION)和视乳头炎样病变(DP)的发病率,并分析各类型病症的特点。结果:150例患者(300眼)中,视盘异常60例(100眼),占40%(33.3%),其中视神经萎缩10眼、NVD 40眼、ION 20眼、DP30眼。同时,随着糖尿病视网膜病变分期、糖尿病病程增加,视神经病变例数增加。结论:糖尿病患者的视神经病变随病情进展而升高,因此需加强FFA检查,及时发现并及时治疗。

목적:탐토안저형광조영(FFA)검사재당뇨병성조기시신경병변중적진단응용。방법:선취2010년11월지2013년11월수치적당뇨병환자150례(300안),진행FFA검사,관찰시신경위축、시반신생혈관(NVD)、결혈성신경병변(ION)화시유두염양병변(DP)적발병솔,병분석각류형병증적특점。결과:150례환자(300안)중,시반이상60례(100안),점40%(33.3%),기중시신경위축10안、NVD 40안、ION 20안、DP30안。동시,수착당뇨병시망막병변분기、당뇨병병정증가,시신경병변례수증가。결론:당뇨병환자적시신경병변수병정진전이승고,인차수가강FFA검사,급시발현병급시치료。
Objective:To explore the application of fundus lforescein angiography (FFA) in the diagnosis of the early diabetic optic neuropathy. Methods:One hundred and iffty cases (300 eyes) with diabetes treated in the hospital were selected from Nov. 2010 to Nov. 2013 and examined with FFA to observe the incidence of optic atrophy, optic disk neovascularization (NVD), ischemic optic neuropathy (ION) and papillitis like lesions (DP) and their characteristics of various disorders were analyzed. Results: In 150 cases (300 eyes), there were 60 cases (100 eyes) with optic disc anomalies accounting for 40% ( 33.3%), among them 10 eyes of optic atrophy, 40 ones of NVD, 20 ones of ION, and 30 ones of DP. At the same time, along with the staging of diabetic retinopaty, the duration of diabetes and the case number of optic neuropathy increased. Conclusion:With the progress of the disease, optic neuropathy in the diabetic patients increases, therefore, it is required to strengthen the FFA inspection to timely detect and treat optic neuropathy.
