目的:探讨检测2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清C肽水平的价值。方法:收集2010年11月至2013年11月收治的180例2型糖尿病患者,根据视网膜病变分为增值性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)组60例、非增值性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)组60例和无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组60例,用电化学发光方法检测三组患者空腹血清C肽和血糖水平,分析各项因素与视网膜病变的关系。结果:PDR组、NPDR组、NDR组C肽水平分别为(0.58±0.31)、(1.43±0.66)、(2.12±0.82)ng/ml,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C肽水平与糖尿病视网膜病变呈负相关。结论:检测2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者C肽水平,有助于及时预防和治疗视网膜病变。

Objective:To explore the application value of the determination of the C peptide level in the patients with the type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods:One hundred and eighty patients who were treated in the hospital from Nov. 2010 to Nov. 2013 were selected and divided into a group of value added of diabetic retinopathy (PDR), a group of non value added diabetic retinopathy (NPDR), and a group of no diabetic retinopathy (NDR) with 60 patients each according to retinopathy. The electrochemical luminescence method was used to determine the serum C peptide and blood sugar level and the relationship of the variety factors with retinopathy was analyzed. Results:The C peptide levels in the PDR group, NPDR one, and NDR one were (0.58±0.31), (1.43±0.66), and (2.12±0.82)ng/ml, respectively and the differences among groups had the statistical differences (P<0.05). The C peptide level had the negative correlation with diabetic retinopathy. Conclusion:The determination of the C peptide level in the patients with the type 2 diabetic retinopathy is of beneift to the timely prevention and treatment of the retinal lesions.
