The number of university graduates increased year by year, the situation of university students' employment is becoming increasingly serious, completes the career planning education is imminent. The article expounds the current problems of college students' career planning education in our country, and put forward 6W analysis method on the basis of the college students' career planning, in order to enhance college students' employment competitiveness, promote the development of university employment work better.
