In this paper, we mainly study the batting rhythm of softball, explore the characteristics of softball batting rhythm, and explore the training methods and means of promoting and im-proving the batting rhythm of players, in order to help establish and cultivate players' good batting rhythm in practical training. We hope this research will help to improve the softball batting skills and solve the practical problems existing in softball in Chi-na.
