本文对电动单梁起重机露天作业的安全性进行了分析,阐明了露天作业环境采取防风、防雨措施的必要性,介绍了一种低成本的防雨措施,分析了起重机工作状态时应当采取的抗风防滑措施,针对电动单梁起重机的作业特点,为非工作状态下的起重机提供了两种操作简单、可行性强的抗风防滑参考方案,并借助ANSYS软件对抗风防滑措施的可靠性进行了分析。
本文對電動單樑起重機露天作業的安全性進行瞭分析,闡明瞭露天作業環境採取防風、防雨措施的必要性,介紹瞭一種低成本的防雨措施,分析瞭起重機工作狀態時應噹採取的抗風防滑措施,針對電動單樑起重機的作業特點,為非工作狀態下的起重機提供瞭兩種操作簡單、可行性彊的抗風防滑參攷方案,併藉助ANSYS軟件對抗風防滑措施的可靠性進行瞭分析。
본문대전동단량기중궤로천작업적안전성진행료분석,천명료로천작업배경채취방풍、방우조시적필요성,개소료일충저성본적방우조시,분석료기중궤공작상태시응당채취적항풍방활조시,침대전동단량기중궤적작업특점,위비공작상태하적기중궤제공료량충조작간단、가행성강적항풍방활삼고방안,병차조ANSYS연건대항풍방활조시적가고성진행료분석。
This paper analyzed the safety of electric single girder crane in outdoor working, expounded the necessity of taking measures to protect crane from wind and rain, introduced a low-cost rainproof measure, analyzed crane anti-slip problem in operation. Two simple and feasible reference schemes were offered for non-operating state according to the operation characteristics, and the reliability was analyzed by the ANSYS software.
