目的:探讨老年人控制感与成功老化间关系.方法:采用控制感量表、成功老化问卷,通过方便取样与入户访问结合的方式对250名60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查.结果:①男性比女性更可能实现成功老化,群居、较高的文化水平和月退休金有助于成功老化,随着年龄的增长老年人实现成功老化的可能性降低;②老年人控制感和成功老化呈显著正相关.结论:老年人控制感对成功老化有直接的影响,这一结果对老年人生命质量的提升与积极老化的实现有重要意义.

Objective: To discuss the mediation role of resilience plays between old people's sense of control and successful aging. Methods: 250 old people who are older than 60 years old from Fujian Province were investigated by Sense of Control Scales for Elderly Population, Resilience Scale and Successful Aging Scale. Results:①Old men are more probably successful aging than old women. Living in groups, high level of education and old-age pension can contribute to successful aging. Old people are less possible to successful aging as they coming older. ②Among the three variables (sense of control, resilience, successful aging), any two of them showed significant positive correlation. The structure equation model displayed that resilience played a part of the in-termediary role between sense of control and successful aging. Conclusions: Old people's sense of control had an influence on successful aging directly by the mediation of resilience. This re-sult can help to improve old people's life quality and it has im-portant significance of positive aging.
