As Anhui is quickly becoming one of the heated tourist destinations among foreigners, Hui cuisine is getting increasing?ly popular. However, few studies of translating Hui cuisine names have been done domestically, and it plays a vital role in the inter-cultural communication of Hui cuisine to come up with a set of methods of translating Hui cuisine names on the basis of both litera?ture studies and practice.
