With the increasing of global nationalization, English oral communication ability has been contemporary college stu-dents' necessary ability and English speaking has been one of ef-fective ways to develop students' oral ability. From the perspec-tive of communication, three principles must be followed and five elements of the speaking teaching mode must be coordinated and interacted so that the ideal teaching effect and quality can be fur-ther improved.
