目的：探讨曲美他嗪对冠心病心绞痛合并糖尿病患者治疗的影响。方法将86例合并糖尿病的冠心病心绞痛患者分为对照组（常规药物治疗）和治疗组（常规药物治疗+曲美他嗪），观察2组心绞痛发生情况及对血糖的影响。结果治疗后2组心绞痛发生频率、持续时间以及硝酸甘油的使用量均明显下降，但是治疗组心绞痛改善情况更加明显，2组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗组空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值均有所下降，糖化血红蛋白和对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪，能有效减少心绞痛发作的频率和时间，有助于更好地控制血糖，从而提高临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토곡미타진대관심병심교통합병당뇨병환자치료적영향。방법장86례합병당뇨병적관심병심교통환자분위대조조（상규약물치료）화치료조（상규약물치료+곡미타진），관찰2조심교통발생정황급대혈당적영향。결과치료후2조심교통발생빈솔、지속시간이급초산감유적사용량균명현하강，단시치료조심교통개선정황경가명현，2조간비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；치료조공복혈당이급당화혈홍단백치균유소하강，당화혈홍단백화대조조치료후비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대당뇨병합병관심병환자재상규치료적기출상가용곡미타진，능유효감소심교통발작적빈솔화시간，유조우경호지공제혈당，종이제고림상치료효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes treatment.Methods 86 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group (routine treatment)and treatment group(routine therapy+trimetazidine),the angina pectoris occurrence and the effects on blood glucose of two groups were observed. Results After the treatment,the angina frequency,duration and the use of nitroglycerin in two groups decreased obviously,but the improved degree of angina in treatment group was more obvious,difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.001);the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values in treatment group were decreased,and compared with the control group,the different were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For coronary heart disease patients combined with diabetes,using trimetazidine can effectively reduce the frequency and time of angina pectoris attack on the basis of conventional therapy,it also can help patients control blood sugar stable and improve the clinical treatment effect.
