老官山汉墓医简《六十病方》以15枚有病方编号的题名简为目录，约200支与题名简编号相对应的病方简为正文，二者共同构成了《六十病方》的主体结构。研究中发现《六十病方》的具体内容特点表现在如下几个方面：主治病症、药物方剂、制用之法、禁忌事项书写完整规范，多处有前缀中圆点的“其一曰”提示性文字运用，一些条文给出方剂的文献来源等等。通过综合考察《六十病方》的整体结构和局部特点，可以认为《六十病方》是经过加工整理后相对成熟的医学文献。此外，《六十病方》中存在的少数残碎医简，因为具有潜在的文字辨识价值，应该得到足够的重视。

Found in Lao Guan Shan cemetery, LiuShiBingFangis one medical book made of bamboo slips. The main structure consists two parts: 15 title-slips of catalog with prescription numbers, about 200 slips of text according the catalog. In further research, more features of concrete content are concluded as fol ows: rule of writing is integrated and standard in indication, prescription, direction, and contraindication;suggesting words of"qi yi yue"by many prefix dots;literature references of prescription given by some sentences. It can be summarized that Liu Shi Bing Fang is one quite mature medical literature through processing and reorganizing during the comprehensive investigation on whole structure and partial characteristics. Besides, it should be put enough emphases on rare fragmentary slips due to their potential value of words identification.
