科学、合理、安全和有效输血是临床用血的准则。目前，多数医疗机构在临床用血中采用信息管理系统，但在实际应用中，因缺少相应的国家标准而存在诸多问题，如缺少机构特色的输血和备血文库、患者身份唯一编码、血源机构内闭环实时记录、应急“紧急性”用血模块等。本文论述临床用血信息管理系统开发中应注意的问题，希望通过不断完善，使该系统成为临床和输血的好帮手，从而促进临床输血事业的发展。

The scientific, reasonable, safe and effective blood transfusion is the principle in clinical practice. Most of the medical institutions currently use information management system in blood transfusion(IMSBT). Due to lack of the corresponding national standards, there are various problems in practical application of IMSBT system with respect to blood transfusion and inventory management without characteristics of institutions, lack of unique patient identifier, deficiency in closed-loop real-time records of blood usage in institutions and absence of“urgent”blood issued module for emergency. This paper discusses the problems to which attention should be paid in the development of IMSBT system. We hope that through constant improvement, the IMSBT system will become a good assistant of clinical and blood transfusion, thus promotes the development of clinical blood transfusion.
