Psychological inferiority is a common psychological problem of broadcasting and anchor major students in indepen-dent colleges. It will seriously affect the students' personal growth and quality of teaching if it is not properly dealt with. The impacts of social and personal factors on inferiority of broadcasting and anchor major students in independent colleges were analyzed. To help the students overcome psychological inferiority, three kinds of treatments were also discussed, which need to be taken by in-dependent colleges' teachers in daily practices.
