近年来，干细胞的研究进展，给心肌梗死的治疗带来了新的希望，干细胞移植也成为了当前研究的热点问题。胚胎干细胞、骨髓干细胞、骨骼肌成肌细胞等已被应用于心肌细胞的再生。本文对干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的机制及临床应用展望作了一个总的评述。
