为了解南阳地区膨胀土在常见单层、多层建筑荷载下的膨胀变形特点,开展了有荷载条件下不同石灰掺量改性膨胀土的膨胀率及水稳定性试验研究。试验结果表明:掺入石灰改良后,膨胀土的膨胀率显著下降,且水稳定性大大提高,尤其是当石灰掺量为3%时,其膨胀率低于1%,经历2~5次干湿循环即可达到稳定状态。相关成果可为膨胀土地区多层建筑的地基处理提供参考。

To understand the expansion deformation characteristics of expansive soil under single -story and multi -story building loading in Nanyang City, a series of experiments, in which the lime dosage was different, were carried out to research the expansion rate and water stability of lime modified expansive soil under loading conditions. The experiment results show that the expansive rate significantly decreases while the water stability is greatly improved by adding lime into expansive soil. Espe-cially, when the lime dosage is 3%, the expansive rate is under 1%, and the expansive soil can reach the steady state after 2 to 5 wet and dry cycles. The research results can provide reference for the foundation treatment of multi - story buildings in expan-sive soil area.
