以通用机床变速箱啮合齿轮组为主要研究对象,针对齿轮组啮合过程时变应力不稳定且超过材料许用应力问题,提出了啮合齿轮组齿形修正的优化设计方法。并对该齿轮组进行瞬态动力学分析,得到啮合齿轮组的应力分布,降低了该通用机床变速箱齿轮组啮合最大时变应力,进而保证了变速箱齿轮组啮合过程的稳定性和可靠性。
以通用機床變速箱齧閤齒輪組為主要研究對象,針對齒輪組齧閤過程時變應力不穩定且超過材料許用應力問題,提齣瞭齧閤齒輪組齒形脩正的優化設計方法。併對該齒輪組進行瞬態動力學分析,得到齧閤齒輪組的應力分佈,降低瞭該通用機床變速箱齒輪組齧閤最大時變應力,進而保證瞭變速箱齒輪組齧閤過程的穩定性和可靠性。

This paper takes the gear group of universal machine tool gearbox as the main research object,aiming at the problem that the time-varying stress occurred in the process of gear group meshing is unstable and beyond material’s al-lowable stress,putting forward an optimization design method of profile modification for meshing gear group.And transient dynamic analysis is carried out about the gear group to find out the stress distribution of gear group,as a result,the meshing maximum time-varying stress of the gear group in the universal machine tool gearbox is reduced,thereby the stability and reliability in gear group engagement process of gearbox is guaranteed.
