鉴于高校学生思想日趋独立、活跃的趋势,传统的高校学生公寓管理模式受到了挑战,必须要从构建高校学生公寓文化建设的角度,对学生骨干进行思想引导、行为规范、素质提升,从而切实促进高校公寓文化建设.本文全面回顾了学生公寓文化建设与学生骨干培养的互动性现状,分析了学生公寓文化建设与学生骨干培养之间相互促进作用,并阐述了高校学生骨干培养与公寓文化建设相互促进模式的构建途径.

With the trend that university students' thoughts are increasingly independent and active, the traditional university student dormitory management model has been challenged, so we must implement the ideological guidance, behavior regulation and quality improvement of student leaders from the perspective of student dormitory cultural construction, so as to feasibly promote dormitory cultural construction in universities. This paper makes an overall review of the interaction between student dormitory cultural construction and student leader cultivation, analyzes the mutual promotion between them, and expounds ways to construct the mutual promotion model between student dormitory cultural construction and student leader training in universities.
