针对项目风险对航天项目成败的重要影响,构建航天项目风险评价指标体系。用主成分分析法对评价指标进行优化,利用熵权 TOPSIS法与层次分析法(AHP)求得相对贴近度矩阵与权重向量,然后对航天项目风险进行综合评价。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
針對項目風險對航天項目成敗的重要影響,構建航天項目風險評價指標體繫。用主成分分析法對評價指標進行優化,利用熵權 TOPSIS法與層次分析法(AHP)求得相對貼近度矩陣與權重嚮量,然後對航天項目風險進行綜閤評價。最後通過算例驗證瞭該方法的有效性。

With the significant impact of the project on the success of the project risk for the aer‐ospace program ,by constructing its risk evaluation index system ,used the principal component analysis to optimize evaluation indexes .With entropy TOPSIS and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) ,the relative closeness matrix and weight vector were obtained ,then use them to judge the aerospace project risk .Finally the effectiveness of this method was proved through an ex‐ample .
