碎煤加压气化技术作为一种成熟的气化技术在煤炭气化领域有广泛的应用,气化炉出口粗煤气通过水淬冷的方式将煤气降温至~200℃,然后煤气进入低压废热锅炉产生低压蒸汽,当出口粗煤气温度较高时,采用这种方式浪费了高温粗煤气的热量,现介绍回收粗煤气高温热量产生中压蒸汽的可行性。

As a mature gasification technology, crushed coal pressurized gasification is applied extensively in coal gasification. The temperature of raw gas at gasifier outlet lowered to 200℃ by water quenching, then the gas enters into exhaust-heat recovery boiler to produce low pressure steam. When temperature of raw gas at gasifier outlet is high, in this way it is waste heat of the raw gas, the paper introduces feasibility of recovery raw gas high temperature heat in crushed coal pressurized gasification to produce medium pressure steam.
