为提高电机换向控制的应用,设计一种以磁编码器为位置传感器的电机换向控制装置。基于磁编码器的工作原理与特点,分析反正切法电机转角解算算法的优缺点,设计一种更加快捷的正余弦法解算算法。然后依据电机换向和控制原理,设计了基于磁编码器的永磁同步电机模型,并在MATLAB环境下进行仿真。仿真结果表明该系统运行稳定,波形完好,可行性强。
為提高電機換嚮控製的應用,設計一種以磁編碼器為位置傳感器的電機換嚮控製裝置。基于磁編碼器的工作原理與特點,分析反正切法電機轉角解算算法的優缺點,設計一種更加快捷的正餘絃法解算算法。然後依據電機換嚮和控製原理,設計瞭基于磁編碼器的永磁同步電機模型,併在MATLAB環境下進行倣真。倣真結果錶明該繫統運行穩定,波形完好,可行性彊。

For improving motor commutation control application ,taking magnetic encoder as a position sensor ,the motor commutation control device is designed .Firstly ,based on the magnet‐ic encoder theory and its characteristics ,the advantages and disadvantages of the arctangent law of the motor rotation solver algorithms are analyzed ,and a more efficient algorithm for solving the sine and cosine law is designed .Then ,according to the motor commutation and control principleand a permanent magnet synchronous motor model based on magnetic encoder is de‐signed .Finally ,the simulation is made in MATLAB environment ,the simulation results show that the system is stable ,the waveform is intact .
