近年来我国高校不断扩大招生规模,越来越多的学生能够有机会进入大学进行新一轮的学习,大量学生的涌入给高校教学管理带来了新的挑战,笔者对存在于当前高校教学管理中的问题进行分析解读,并对高校在新一时期的教学改革与发展趋势进行了研究,希望能为高校教学提供一些帮助.
近年來我國高校不斷擴大招生規模,越來越多的學生能夠有機會進入大學進行新一輪的學習,大量學生的湧入給高校教學管理帶來瞭新的挑戰,筆者對存在于噹前高校教學管理中的問題進行分析解讀,併對高校在新一時期的教學改革與髮展趨勢進行瞭研究,希望能為高校教學提供一些幫助.
근년래아국고교불단확대초생규모,월래월다적학생능구유궤회진입대학진행신일륜적학습,대량학생적용입급고교교학관리대래료신적도전,필자대존재우당전고교교학관리중적문제진행분석해독,병대고교재신일시기적교학개혁여발전추세진행료연구,희망능위고교교학제공일사방조.
In recent years, constantly expand the scale of enrollment in colleges of our country, more and more students have the opportunity to enter the university to study, the influx of a large number of students for teaching management in colleges and universities has brought new challenges, the author on to analyze the problems existed in the current teaching management in colleges and universities, and teaching reform of colleges and universities in new period and the development tendency is studied, hope to provide some help for the teaching.
