The wine lees from raw materials, which contain abundant nutritional components, have very high application values and attract extensive attentions in the industry. This paper sums up the research reports about comprehensive utilization of the wine lees from raw materials in recent years,and provides references for the treatment and resource utilization of the wine lees from raw materials.
