在全球经济一体化和教育国际化的大背景下,复合型医学人才培养是高等医学院校的教学目标和要求.如何对学生展开有效地教学成为ESP教师面临的一大挑战.在此,笔者从反思性教学的基本理论入手,结合ESP教学的特征,指出了反思性教学途径---行动研究、案例分析和教学日记等在医学英语教学中的具体应用,并探讨了反思性教学对教师职业发展的意义.

In the backdrop of the global economic integration and the internationalization of education, medical talents training is the teaching target and requirement of higher medical colleges and universities. How the students teaching effectively become the ESP teachers face a big challenge. At this point, the author from the basic theory of reflective teaching, combining the feature of ESP teaching, puts forward some paths for the reflective teaching - action research, case study and teaching diary in the application of medical English teaching, and discusses the significance of reflective teaching to teacher professional development.
