研究了铝合金成分对Al-Mg-Si系6101铝合金材料力学性能和导热性能的影响,优化后的Al-Mg-Si系6101铝合金材料抗拉强度(δb )达到241 MPa;屈服强度(δ0.2)达到209 MPa;导热系数达到207 w/m? k,能够满足作散热器的应用要求。
研究瞭鋁閤金成分對Al-Mg-Si繫6101鋁閤金材料力學性能和導熱性能的影響,優化後的Al-Mg-Si繫6101鋁閤金材料抗拉彊度(δb )達到241 MPa;屈服彊度(δ0.2)達到209 MPa;導熱繫數達到207 w/m? k,能夠滿足作散熱器的應用要求。

The effects of aluminum alloy composition on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of 6101 alaminun alloy materials were studied based on experiment .The results show that aluminum alloy material tensile strength after opti-mization is 241 MPa (δb)and 209 MPa (δ0.2), the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 207 w/(m? k), can meet the requirements of application as LED lamp radiator.
