Part domestic livestock and poultry farmers frequently transfer their breeding places for livestock and poultry at present,and therefore the feeding files this need to be rebuild ,and the production-place quarantine is difficult to be carried out,so the suggestions were put forward to transfer regulatory records and establish livestock and poultry breed-ing system in this paper.
