学好外语不仅仅是一个人学习能力的体现，也是社会对复合知识型人才的必然要求。随着外语学习人数的逐渐增多，外语学习焦虑已经受到越来越多人的关注。研究发现不少学生都存在不同程度的外语学习焦虑现象。笔者从焦虑产生的原因入手，结合自己的教学实践经验，总结出了几点减轻学生外语学习焦虑的方法，目的在于帮助教师提高教学效果以及提高学生的学习效率。
學好外語不僅僅是一箇人學習能力的體現，也是社會對複閤知識型人纔的必然要求。隨著外語學習人數的逐漸增多，外語學習焦慮已經受到越來越多人的關註。研究髮現不少學生都存在不同程度的外語學習焦慮現象。筆者從焦慮產生的原因入手，結閤自己的教學實踐經驗，總結齣瞭幾點減輕學生外語學習焦慮的方法，目的在于幫助教師提高教學效果以及提高學生的學習效率。
학호외어불부부시일개인학습능력적체현，야시사회대복합지식형인재적필연요구。수착외어학습인수적축점증다，외어학습초필이경수도월래월다인적관주。연구발현불소학생도존재불동정도적외어학습초필현상。필자종초필산생적원인입수，결합자기적교학실천경험，총결출료궤점감경학생외어학습초필적방법，목적재우방조교사제고교학효과이급제고학생적학습효솔。
To learn a foreign language is not only a reflection of individual learning ability, but also the inevitable requirement of so?ciety to compound talents. Foreign language anxiety has received more and more people ’s attention with the increasing numbers of foreign language learners. The study shows that many students have different levels of foreign language anxiety and based on this, this paper summarized the causes of anxiety combined with the author’s teaching experience and concluded seven methods to re?duce students’foreign language anxiety in order to help improve teachers’teaching effect as well as students’learning efficiency.
