近年来集中供热事业发展较快,到二十世纪末我国北方的130多个城市已经有80多个城市建设了集中供热的设施,但是由于在建设期间施工技术的局限性和投入经济运行之后对热网的管理的忽视性,致使集中供热成为较高费用的投入而居民真正的受益不高的情况。针对沈阳市近期某工业园区的热网规划,利用最优化的计算方法对总费用进行优化,进而实现低投资高效率的目标。
近年來集中供熱事業髮展較快,到二十世紀末我國北方的130多箇城市已經有80多箇城市建設瞭集中供熱的設施,但是由于在建設期間施工技術的跼限性和投入經濟運行之後對熱網的管理的忽視性,緻使集中供熱成為較高費用的投入而居民真正的受益不高的情況。針對瀋暘市近期某工業園區的熱網規劃,利用最優化的計算方法對總費用進行優化,進而實現低投資高效率的目標。

In recent years,central heating business has a rapid development;more than 80 cities of the north China ' s 130 cities have built central heating facilities. However, due to the limitations of construction technology and the neglect of the heat supply network management after economic operation, central heating became a higher investment project and the real beneficiary is not high. To a heat supply network planning for an industrial park in shenyang recently,This article used optimization method to optimize the total cost,and then achieved the goal of low investment efficiency.
