目的:探讨蒙特利尔认知评估量表北京版( Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)在轻度认知功能障碍( mild cognitive impairment,MCI)诊断中应用的可行性。方法:选择MCI患者58例( MCI组),另选同期健康体检者51例(对照组)。分别给予MoCA和简易智能状态检查量表( MMSE)评估,并分析评估结果。结果:MCI组Mo-CA总分及MMSE总分均低于对照组(t=-10.544,-16.188;P<0.01)。与对照组比较,MCI组MoCA总分及各亚项评分明显降低( t=-7.625,-4.614,-5.306,-7.505,-5.991,-7.405,-3.020;P<0.01)。 MoCA诊断MCI的敏感性为96.55%,特异性为76.47%,MMSE诊断MCI的敏感性为55.17%,特异性为96.07%。结论:MoCA用于MCI诊断时敏感性优于MMSE,能全面评估MCI患者的认知功能。

Objective:To study the application of Beijing version Montreal cognitive assessment scale ( MoCA) in diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment in elderly patients.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with MCI and fifty-one healthy subjects were examined with neuropsychological tests using MoCA and Mini-mental state examination( MMSE) .Results:The total scores of MoCA and MMSE in the MCI group were significantly lower than the scores in the control group(t=-10.544,-16.188;P<0.01).The sub-item scores on the MoCA scale were significantly lower in MCI group than in control group ( t =-7.625,-4.614,-5.306,-7.505,-5.991,-7.405,-3.020;P<0.01).The sensitivity and specificity of MoCA and MMSE scales were 96.55%and 76.47%,55.17%and 96.07%,respectively,for the detection of MCI. Conclusion:The sensitivity of MoCA is higher than that of MMSE in assessment of MCI .It can be used to assess cognitive function in patients with MCI comprehensively.
